Polished Laminate Flooring

Polished laminated parquet is the highest gloss parquet among the other finish surface types. It makes every assembled room look more luxurious and elegant. This parquet finish surface, which is easy to clean, also has negligible disadvantages. Polished surfaces may be considered the best option in areas where the flooring is subject to intense wear and tear. The varnish is applied directly to the wood and creates an additional layer of protection. As any desired gloss value can apply, 2 types of polish generally apply. The varnish application lasts much longer than the oiled laminate flooring application and does not require regular maintenance.

Oiled Parquet Surfaces
Oiled parquet surfaces penetrate deep into the wood grain, unlike other types that only cover the wood superficially. This feature highly protects the parquet against moisture damage situations. The oily varnish applies to the top layer of parquets, then it is absorbed by the wood and emphasizes the natural texture of the wood. Thus, the whole natural pattern of the solid wood emerges. The engineered parquet has a more durable structure with its natural appearance. You can directly contact the tree since it does not form a layer on the parquet. For this reason, it is necessary to use cleaning materials suitable for the surface when cleaning oily surfaces. Maintenance oil can apply at regular intervals. In this way, the parquet surface can maintain its first-day brightness throughout its life.

Matte Polished Parquet Surfaces
Matte polished surfaces are another variation of polished engineered parquet surfaces. It is not as shiny as polished surfaces. It provides protection against stains and daily wear with minimum maintenance.

As a result, all 3 finish surface types have distinct advantages and disadvantages depending on individual needs and preferences. For this reason, careful evaluation should always be made before choosing the parquet finish surface.
